Electronic Delivery of Communications and Use of Electronic Signatures

By agreeing to this E-sign Consent, you confirm your ability and consent to receive “Communications” electronically from A4 Credit Partners, our subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party service providers, instead of in paper form, and to the use of electronic signatures in our relationship with you (“Consent”). If you choose not to agree, you may be restricted from using A4 Credit Partners’ website and online services. Communications include disclosures, notices, agreements, fee schedules, statements, records, documents, and other information we provide to you, or that you sign, submit, or agree to at our request.

System Requirements

To receive disclosures electronically, you need an Internet browser such as Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, or Google Chrome, and a PDF reader such as Adobe Acrobat. You will also need access to a printer or the ability to download information to keep copies for your records.
